Lynne Cole works with buyers, sellers, owners and tenants in Greater Atlanta as part of Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Brokers. Her experience spans single-family rental portfolios, multifamily buildings, wedding venues, churches and offices, bringing a broad view to properties that do not always fit a single category.

As 2025-2026 President of AGREE, the Association of Georgia Real Estate Exchangors, Lynne is part of a network of real estate professionals focused on creative ways to bring transactions together. Relationships are central to her practice: understanding the people behind a property, identifying the right connections and helping clients move a conversation forward.

For a business, that starts with location, space, budget and how the property needs to function. For an owner or investor, the discussion begins with the asset, the intended outcome and the information needed to evaluate a sale or purchase. Lynne holds a BS in Marketing from Bentley University and brings that perspective to how an opportunity is communicated.
